The Rutgers University-Newark Honors Living-Learning Community was founded in January 2015 by a collaborative and action-oriented university-wide group of stakeholders invested in connecting opportunity and excellence.
Our Mission
At HLLC we have a mission to provide continued opportunity and prosperity to all, including those who have been systematically disenfranchised by systems of inequality. To do this, we are committed to revolutionizing honors, cultivating talent and engaging communities.
