HLLC Peer Mentors work to support first-year HLLC students in their transition to college life through academic success mentoring, collaborating with HLLC faculty and staff, and supporting the overall mission of the HLLC. The Peer Mentor position offers students an opportunity to work in a team to develop their personal leadership and organizational skills while creating and facilitating exciting programs and out-of-classroom activities for HLLC students. Together, these individuals work collaboratively to establish and build community while facilitating communication among students, faculty, and staff.
